Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. All rates are based upon double occupancy and fees are applicable for each additional adult in the room. Parking is not permitted to vehicles over a clearance level of 6'1 or 1.85 meters. Limited space is available and cannot be guaranteed. Please note: Guests making reservations through this site are not eligible to receive Priority Club points/miles.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs CAD 20.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
