All rooms at the Apartments on Bay are furnished with all of the comforts of home. Aside from fully-equipped kitchens, guestrooms are completed with microwaves, stoves and refrigerators.

Hotel details

A minimum of a 3 night stay is required at the Apartments on Bay.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Valet parking is available for CAD 33 and monthly rates are possible for long-term stays. CAD 150 cleaning fee charge applies for all pets.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
