The hotel features 5 restaurants and 4 lounges serving a variety of dishes. Whether it's a simple snack or a deliciously entertaining meal, every kind of taste can be satisfied.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 13.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 40.00 per stay. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
