The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is offering a 20% discount at all the hotel's restaurants for all stays from April until August 2009. All guests checking in will receive a discount card valid for the restaurants in the hotel (excluding alcohol).

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs CAD 19.95 per 24 hours.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 14.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 45.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CAD 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
