The on-site Citrus restaurant features a unique menu, created using only fresh local ingredients. The Citrus lounge also offers a large variety of cocktails as well as afternoon tea.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs CAD 19.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
