In keeping with the diversity of events, people, and experiences that the hotel has become known for, each of the Gladstone's thirty-seven guest rooms have been individually designed by local Toronto artists.Each room is truly distinct and presents guests with a unique experience. The comfortable, eclectic interior designs range from fun and funky, to sleek and sophisticated, to luxurious and elegant.

Guests access local creative culture via the Gladstone’s artist-designed hotel rooms, permanent art installations, multiple exhibition and performance venues, and variety of cultural partners and events. Visitors can attend lively art related, social, or corporate events, and enjoy local focus cuisine in the Ballroom Café as well as live music and the city’s best karaoke in the hotel’s Melody Bar. Food & Beverages

Enjoy Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the Gladstone's Ballroom Café. Chef Marc Breton and his staff offer a menu of classic Canadian favourites and tempting daily specials with a focus on local, fair trade, and organic ingredients. The relaxed atmosphere and delicious, fresh food have quickly established the café as a place to meet with friends, visit with the friendly café staff or just sit back and watch the world go by through the Gladstone’s glorious Victorian windows. The hotel also offers the Melody Bar, which recently made it into Conde Nast's Top 10 Bar List in the World. "With walls paneled in rich wood, alabaster lamps hanging from the ten-foot ceilings, fat Romanesque pillars, and an original 1930s wooden bar, the Gladstone Hotel's Melody Bar isn't so much nouveau retro as a rollicking saloon."

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CAD 15.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
