Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 30.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
