Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 17 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
