Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: The deluxe suite can accommodate up to 2 additional people. Charges will be applicable for extra persons. Up to 2 children under 13 years old are complimentary when sharing a suite with 1 or 2 adults.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
