Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Up to two children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
