If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  4 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 6 to 14 years is charged EUR 9.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
