Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 80.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
