Food & Beverages

At our 3 non-smoking restaurants, the Chinese restaurant Wong-Kun, the Stadtrestaurant and the Gourmet Restaurant, we pamper your palate with traditional and seasonal dishes. Weather permitting, our delicacies are served on our sun terrace directly on the Aare River. We also offer a wide choice of wines.

Please note that there is only limited parking available at the hotel. A public multi-storey car park is located in the immediate vicinity.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes.  Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 12.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 65.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
