All rooms feature wireless LAN internet access and the facilities listed at the individual room types. There are only non-smoking rooms. All rooms are located on the fourth and fifth floors, are accessible by elevator and offer a beautiful view of the Alps and/or the Castle of Thun.

The DeluxPizza Labuona restaurant and the bar lounge Club Anthra, with four bowling lanes and a terrace, are open 6 days a week. Limited private parking lots with direct access to the rooms are available. Please book your parking in advance.

Food & Beverages

In our restaurant "DeluxPizza Labuona" we offer reasonably priced Italian meals as well as seasonal specialties. Our Bar-Lounge "Anthra" offers drinks and snacks in a friendly and relaxing environment, with live sports events shown on big screens.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 12.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
