The complementary airport shuttle service runs on request from 06:30 to 22:30. For more information, please contact the hotel directly. From the airport, take direction Lausanne, then exit Ferney Voltaire, direction Bellegarde for 7 minutes, then exit Sergy. From A40, take exit 10, Bellegarde, then direction Gex for 20 minutes, then take exit Sergy.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
