The villa was renovated, modernised and converted into a hotel in 1999.

Food & Beverages

The Art Nouveau restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel seats 45 people and is well suited for festive occasions. During the summer months, guests are invited to eat on the terrace surrounding the house, or on one of the open, roofed verandas. In the evening, relax and enjoy a nightcap on one of the couches in the lounge, or visit the cocktail bar.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
