During the winter and summer seasons, enjoy a range of activities including skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding, horse drawn dinner sleigh rides, hiking, biking, fishing, golf, and hot air balloon rides. All these activities are conveniently located to the resort or transportation can be arranged by the concierge.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of USD 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8 % Tax is not included.  USD 25.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
