There are 12 rooms available, including 6 family rooms. Four-poster rooms are also available, as are double and twin rooms. All of the rooms are spacious and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base.

Food & Beverages

A generous full cooked English breakfast is included in the price. Cereals, fruit and juices are also on offer for those with a smaller appetite. Whatever you have planned, the generous and tasty full cooked English breakfast is a great way to start your day. The guest house also offers teas, coffees and homemade cakes and gateaux during the day. Guests can relax with a cup of tea in the delightful conservatory or in the garden, weather permitting.

There is an administration charge of GBP 5 for any charges that are refunded.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 9.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
