The rates offered are for tourists. Those holding an Israeli passport are subject, by law, to additional VAT charges. It is requested that all guests specify their expected time of arrival. Guests arriving at the property outside of the reception opening hours are requested to contact the hotel directly to make arrival arrangements. The reception office hours are: Sunday - Thursday: 09:00- 20:00 Friday - 09:00-14:00 Saturday - closed The hotel will charge 25% of the total stay at the time of the booking. In case cancellation is made before the deadline the amount will be fully refunded.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs USD 7.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
