Looking back upon a long tradition in hospitality starting in 1770, valued throughout, the the hotel hotel is situated in the centre of Tata, close to the English Garden, the Cseke Lake and the Öreg Lake with the Castle. The Erzsébet wing is the new part of Hotel Kristály with the majority of the standard rooms situated there, highly regarded, including 1 for disabled guests. The József wing houses standard rooms including one for disabled guests. Fine Hungarian and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the elegant restaurant of the the hotel hotel. Wired internet is available in all hotel rooms free of charge. Garage parking under camera surveillance is available free of charge. Exclusive events can be accommodated in the Palm Events and Conference Centre, and above all, the former palm house in the English Garden.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
