Rates include: bed and bath linen changed once every 3 days, beds made daily, television, 1 quick daily cleaning excluding kitchen nook and dishes, water and heating charges. Rates do not include: cancellation insurance, end of stay cleaning.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
