Area information Cafe culture abounds with several good restaurants below the apartment offering world-class cuisine to tantalise your taste buds. Within walking distance are a cinema and a lifestyle centre. Alternatively take a walk down Long Street to take in the diversity of the Rainbow nation, together with its arts and crafts and curios. At night the area comes alive with restaurants, bars and nightclubs all in the vicinity. Historical Cape Town, the business district, the V&A Waterfront, ferry rides to Robben Island, the Table Mountain cableway, Signal Hill and Lion's Head, Clifton and Camps Bay Beaches are all only a short drive away. Further afield is the CTICC conventional centre 10 minutes away, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens 15 minutes away, the Constantia Winelands, sporting stadiums and the airport 20 minutes away and many top golf courses 30 minutes away. A 45 minute drive will allow you to discover other treasures such as Cape Point, the Stellenbosch, Franschoek and Paarl Winelands and of course Bloubergstrand with its world-famous view of Table Mountain. Travel information By Car: From Cape Town international airport: - Travel towards Cape Town on the N2 motorway. - Follow the signs for the city onto the N2. - Once on the N2, ensure that you are in the left 2 lanes that will take you onto the M3 De Waal Drive. - Take the exit onto Mill Street. - At the 3rd set of traffic lights, after having passed Mount Nelson Hotel on the left, turn left into Rheede Street. - At the crossroads, turn left into Kloof Street. - Then take your 1st right into Park Road. - Travel along the road to the Park Road Place apartment complex, on the left next to the Simply Asia restaurant. - Press unit 25's buzzer.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
