Payment: In order to guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 1 nights' stay is required. The remaining sum should be paid in cash on arrival during check-in. You can pay the full amount in cash during check-in if you made your reservation less than 10 days before arrival. Check-in and check-out: Check-in starts at 14:00 (possible earlier depending on the departure time of the previous client). Check-out is at 12:00 (possible later depending on the arrival time of the next client). Please note that no reception services are available in the apartments. Therefore it is necessary that the manager meet you. Check-in and check-out times have to be agreed in advance: the manager will meet you in the hall of the airport/port or near the bus/train station. The manager will hold a paper sheet with your name. The transfer to the apartment is free of charge (1 car, 4 people). The manager will accompany you to the apartment and accept your payment. Arrival information: Please submit the following information: - Number of people that are coming (adults and children) - What configuration of beds you will need: double, single, extra beds - Number of your flight (or bus or train) or name of the ferry and your arrival time in Tallinn (because the manager will meet you) - If you arrive in Tallinn by car, please state your planned arrival time, the number of your car and your valid mobile phone number (the manager will meet you near the house).

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 3.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
