Additional services can be ordered on arrival through the help desk located at the von Stackelberg Hotel next door. Check-in and check-out is done at the reception desk, which is also located at the von Stackelberg Hotel, 20 metres away.

Food & Beverages

The Grab & Go Corner provides vending machines with homemade food from the bakery and caterers, beverages, and a range of other amenities. Full breakfast is available at the "La Boheme Brasserie and Bar" at the von Stackelberg Hotel (can be ordered as an additional service).

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
