Apartment balcony doors are locked on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays due to the safety policy of the property. Please note that the credit card used for reservation must be presented upon arrival by the card holder. Upon check-in, a security bond (deposit) is required in the form of cash or credit card. The bond amount ranges from AUD 200 (Studio and 1-Bedroom) to AUD 500 (2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom). Refunds via credit card may take between 3-10 days to clear from the bank.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs AUD 35.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
