Please note that the credit card used for reservation must be presented upon arrival by the card holder. Upon check-in, a security bond (deposit) is required in the form of cash or credit card. The bond amount ranges from AUD 200 (Studio and 1-Bedroom) to AUD 500 (2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom). Refunds via credit card may take between 3-10 days to clear from the bank.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs AUD 35.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
