Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made to City Resort Hostel a minimum 48 hours prior to booking date. Insufficient notice will render a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights fee. The fee will apply for no shows.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs AUD 3.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 10.00 per day.

Directions: From the airport Please call us on the freecall number 1800 688 335 and we will arrange an airport shuttle bus for a pick up. The shuttle bus is available from 7am to 7pm. If you stay 3 nights or more the pick up is FREE! From the Coach Terminal Catch a taxi to City Resort Hostel 103-105 Palmer St Woolloomooloo. If you stay 3 nights or more we will refund up to AUD 10 of the taxi fare! Taxi fares usually cost between AUD 7~AUD 12. From any other location Just call us, you will get our contact information upon booking.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy
