The hotel does not accept American Express cards as a method of payment. Reception hours are 08:00 - 20:00 with after hours check-in available. Please advise the hotel of your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking. For late check-in: When you arrival at the reception you will see a phone number on the door; please call that number on arrival and the night manager will come and check you in.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
