Hotel details

Limited parking for guests available. To organise valet parking there will be an additional charge per day on your account. Hotel cannot guarantee parking as space is limited. You must present photo ID and valid credit card to the hotel reception upon your check-in. All rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs AUD 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 25.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
