Travel information

Exit airport and follow directions for "Sydney West" "Canberra" or "Liverpool". This will direct you to the M5 motorway tunnel (Toll of $3.30). Follow this for around 12km and take exit "Fairford Road" to Bankstown. Follow this for 2km and then turn left onto Stanley Street at the Mobil Service Station. Right onto Restwell Street. Left onto Greenfield Parade. If not travelling from the airport then simply follow the directions for the M5 as above.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 10.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs AUD 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
