Please note that the reception is open between 07:30 and 19:00 on weekdays, and 08:00 to 16:00 at weekends and public holidays. Guests who expect to arrive outside of the stated check-in times must contact the property directly as soon as possible. Contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 11.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
