Please note that rooms reserved during the 2009/2010 New Year period is subjected to the following policies: - The credit card will be charged with the full amount of the reservation on 31 October 2009 - Cancellations at least 14 days before date of arrival are free of charge. - Cancellations less than 14 days before date of arrival will result in no refund of the full amount of the reservation - Early check-out will result in no refund of the full amount of the reservation

Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and costs AUD 30.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 30.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 16.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
