Opening hours : 17:30 - 22:00 The Sofitel Lounge offers morning tea and an all day a la carte dining menu. Opening hours : 09:00 - 22:30 Morning tea is served in The Lounge until 11:00am and then an all-day-dining menu is available from 11:00am - 10:30pm. Enjoy great jazz entertainment on Wednesday - Friday nights after 5pm. Opening hours : 09:00 - Late

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
