The hotel restaurant, Pumphouse bar, is located in a 110 year old heritage building. Here guests can sample modern Australian cuisine as well as international fare, in a relaxed, friendly environment. On sunny days guests can enjoy their meals on the open concept verandah.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
