The spa centre offers a multitude of diverse treatments for beauty and well-being. There are ayurvedic rituals and the unique Royal VIP Hall where specialists from China, Tibet and India offer guests face and body care. You can also try a special programme featuring specialists in dermatology and rehabilitation from Russia and Bulgaria. Seminars about anti-aging, anti-stress and weight-loss techniques, led by specialised doctors, are held at the spa centre as well.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
