Rez252 Restaurant & Bar serves a sumptuous buffet breakfast daily and à la carte dinner, featuring seafood specialities, from Monday to Saturday. There is also a huge variety of fine and casual dining experiences just a short stroll from the resort in Surfers Paradise.

Car parking space is subject to availability. All payments made by credit card will attract a 1.5% Merchant Service Fee surcharge which will be added to the amount payable. For college trip breaks: Guests in room must be over the age of 21 years. ID must be available on check in and terms of stay must be signed. No exceptions made. Guests who do not adhere to this will forfeit payments made for reservation.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
