Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
