Food & Beverages

There are a variety of dining options located throughout the resort. Meadows at the Lodge and the Grill at Crosswater feature family-friendly meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy Italian cuisine at Zeppa or classic American dishes at McDivots.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.2 % Tax is not included.  6.5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
