Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
