Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 10.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
