Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 21:00. The Burgas Beach Restaurant organizes theme dinner parties, like a Mediterranean Evening or a Balkan Evening, twice a week. The mezzanine bar is open from 10:00 to 00:00. The all inclusive offer includes the consumption of all Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The poolside bar is open from 11:00 to 15:00, serving tasty hot dogs and sandwiches. Ice-cream and sweets are served from 15:00 to 18:00.

Dune Residence uses the facilities of Bourgas Beach Hotel which is located right next to it (including the outdoor pool).

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.50 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
