The living rooms are bright and spacious and decorated nicely. You will enjoy spending time in the apartment after a day at the beach. One of the best features are the large terraces overlooking the pool. The terrace can comfortably accommodate a dinner party of 6. The bathrooms feature a spacious shower cabin. All linen and towels are included. The apartments are cleaned daily and the linen is changed every 3 days. The air-conditioner can be used to cool down or heat the apartment.

The complex has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also numerous restaurants in the vicinity, a mini market in the complex that offers a variety of groceries, morning cereals, and beverages, as well as a larger grocery store only 2 minutes away. Furthermore, the apartments are equipped with fully furnished kitchens.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
