Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 6.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 3.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
