Area information

Sunny Beach is the biggest and liveliest sea resort of Bulgaria. It has the widest beach strip with hotels spread along the beach and among the dunes. Sunny Beach is situated only 35 km north of Bourgas. It features more than 300 hotels, 2 campsites and more than 200 catering establishments including restaurants, taverns with folklore shows, bars with floor shows, night clubs, a casino, discos and cafes, providing culinary pleasures and good mood. The beach resort was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for its high ecological standard.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
