Each fully-furnished apartment offers a complete set of kitchen facilities in a spacious living room. The adjacent terrace boasts beautiful views of the sea. The bedrooms feature 2 single beds or a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror and chair, a chest of drawers, duvets and pillows, bed linen and towels and air-conditioning. The living rooms offer a sofa bed, a small table, an armchair, a dining table with chairs, a kitchenette and a TV set. The kitchenettes are fully equipped and also feature a fume hood and a toaster. Additional you will find a clotheshorse, plastic garden furniture on the balcony and sun-loungers for the swimming pool.

Rates do not include breakfast, which can be selected from the restaurant's menu. In the neighbourhood you will find about 10 restaurants for every taste - from traditional Bulgarian cuisine, to European dishes and fish specialities of all kinds. An ice cream parlour and a very good Italian restaurant are there as well.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
