Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
