The complex consists of 130 luxury apartments – one and two bedrooms, finished and furnished to the very last detail, just to make people feel the comfort and the peace, enjoying their holidays. They are spread in 3 different blocks, each one of them with separate entrances and elevator.

Built in a setting of comfort and beauty, Efir is situated in one of the most developed areas of Sunny Beach. Both combining easy access from the main road and close to a mountain hill, the complex is the perfect place where you can enjoy the spirit of a real holiday in the resort together with a privacy of the vacation. Just few minutes walk and you can find some of the most attractive entertainment and show restaurants, on the other hand, excellently situated, Efir is still enough isolated from the noise and the movement of the center.

Food & Beverages

Sunny Beach boasts over 130 restaurants, entertainment and folk-style spots, night clubs, bars, discos, cafes, medical and recuperation centres. Don't miss the nearby UNESCO-protected town of Nessebur, with quaint cobbled streets, traditional architecture and fine fish restaurants.

The Client will have to pay 100 Euro of the Return Damage Deposit during checking-in. The Deposit will be paid back during the checking-out. In the hotel just cash payments are acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
