Thanks to its location in the Homert natural reserve spanning 550 km², the hotel is a true paradise for hikers and Nordic Walking enthusiasts. Upon arrival, you will receive a detailed map with many marked walking routes. The hotel reception offers several routes that you might consider. Walking tours are organised on a regular basis. The Bike-Arena-Sauerland boasts bicycle tracks covering 1,140 kilometres. It is Europe’s biggest bicycle and mountain bike paradise. There are 30 different areas featuring 3 degrees of difficulty. You will find ample opportunities for downhill tours, trail rides and cross-country tours. We recommend that you bring a bicycle with at least 12 speeds. You should also be in good physical shape. Clearly marked and less hilly routes also await less experienced cyclists.
