Check-In Information: Please note that Hackett Property, who operate the apartments, are not located on site at Hawksley House. Keys are to be collected from their office, which is 2 minutes’ walk from the apartments at Hackett Property, Lynas House, Athenaeum Street, Sunderland, SR1 1NA. Any key collections after 18:00, Monday to Friday; after 16:00 on Saturdays; and at any time on Sundays , must be arranged in advance. The management’s out-of-hours service will then make arrangements to meet guests at the desired time. Please contact Hackett Property in advance, in order to inform them of your estimated time of arrival. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
