If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
